Returns Policy
We allow refunds or exchanges within 14 days from the date of shipment.
a) Each product returned must be in original condition, unworn, unused and undamaged.
b) Each product must have all tags attached and in all of the original packaging.
Domestic shipping:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and couriers with tracking number and drop-off without signature. Shipping starts from $9.95 per order however orders above $99 are eligible to receive free shipping with the exception of storewide sales which supersede the free shipping offer. Vouchers and other offers cannot be used in conjunction with storewide sales.
We will provide you with a reference number to track the progress of your package online. Typically, most items will be received within 3-10 business days following the date of purchase.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Items are sent in appropriately sized parcels and boxes. Insurance is not included in the shipping fee but items are well-protected and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
International Shipping:
When shipped outside Australia, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes. LUMAY for KIDS does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
The shipping cost world wide for parcels:
- up to 500 g is AUD 25 without tracking number
- up to 1000g is AUD 35 without tracking number
